Week 31 of 365 Challenge Silhouette Week

Silhouette week was on my list to do for week 9 but due to absolutely rubbish winter weather I swapped it with another week and I've just gotten back to it now. 

The 2nd image with the plastic balls was taken at a fair. Kids were inside these huge clear plastic balls in a large pool of water. I was hoping to get one of them standing up inside but apparently that's really difficult to do. Everyone kept falling down before they could get up.

Next week is Flower week.

Week 25 of 365 Challenge Yellow Week

Yellow week had it's ups and downs. I kept seeing this cute little yellow Swift car I wanted to photograph but every time I had my hands full or no camera with me, so I never got it in the end. My daughter's sunflowers have grown really big this year (2nd pic). She grew them from seeds she kept from last year's flowers. The plants originally came from her old school so it's nice that she's been able to keep a part of her old school with her since we moved. A reminder of friends and good times and beautiful too.

Next week is old week. My kids probably think I'm old but I promise it won't be a week of selfies :D

Week 24 of 365 Challenge "Your Season" Week

Mmmm Summer! Hot and sticky weather that I hate but full of fun and beauty too. Since the kids are on holiday we had a day at the beach and fun days in the pool. The flowers in the garden are beautiful at the moment and Grandad's budgies had had babies. A fun week all round! 

Next week is Yellow week.
